If you love baking cakes but feel that your decorating skills could use a little work, or perhaps you have tried piping buttercream and it is never quite as easy as it looks on all the Instagram reels, then this is the class for you!

This class is an individual class with tuition from Charlotte on a one-to-one basis.
This Rainbow Cake Decorating Masterclass will provide you with the skills and knowledge to create beautiful cakes of your own for birthdays.
You will be provided with 6 freshly baked and coloured tiers of vanilla cake to work on and all the equipment and decorating supplies that you need.
You will learn how to trim, level, fill and prime your cake with a crumb coat of buttercream. You will master the art of creating a flawless buttercream coat in any colour that you would like. You will complete your cake design using a variety of easy to master sugar craft techniques. Once you have all the pieces for your cake you will assemble mastering beautiful and colourful buttercream swirls.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the course, all you need to bring with you is a an apron, maybe a notebook and lots of enthusiasm.
This class is suitable for complete beginners or for those with some previous experience.
All masterclasses are held at Charlotte Jane Cakes HQ, Oxford. The address will be given to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking.
